If they want to associate a different name for the character, this can be in Annex Q. Proposal2: Add 12 character shapes to table 114 as the nominal characters exist in table 15 and there is no shapes for them in the presentation area. Response2: I agree to the addition of the 12 characters on page 2 of the proposal. The character shapes and names on page 4 of the proposal are not in the scope of this standard as they represent phonetic variations Proposal3: Remove the character ligatures in the range FBEA-FBFB from the standard. Response3: Any removal should be rejected. The following is my response to the notes at end of page 4 and page 5: Note1&2: Propose reshuffling table 114 to have all variations of YEH characters in order. Response1&2: Standard should not change to accommodate this kind of requests. Note3: There is no note 3! Note4: ARABIC LETTER YEH has only two shapes (INITIAL and MEDIAL forms) Response4: The four shapes are present in table 121 in locations FEF1-FEF4 Note5: I have no comment to this note.
